White discs will not click to secure seating position
We are unable to secure the seat in a fixed position because the white discs will not click in and out as they used to. I have diss-assembled the mechanism and it looked OK but upon re-assembling it there was no change.
Really frustrating given this is an expensive pram and only 18 months old.

Is the seat fitting securely on the chassis? The white discs sound like a symptom of a problem with the seat clipping onto the base.
