White smoke on start up ,
******* start up , stalls , then I need to remove fuel pump fuse I start up , it starts ok, I replace the fuse and good to go until next time I have to start the car,same scenario happens

White smoke from the tailpiple is a tell tale sign of a shot head gasket. im not sure how your fuel pump is related, but, if you indeed have a bad head gasket, you could brick your engine with further attempts to restart.
examine your radiator fluid for an oily film, and examine your oil dipstick for any bubbles, or other signs of oil and water mixing- these are often symptoms of a blown head gasket.
