It will be made by the other OEM with the lowest bid. If you look inside a lot of LCD TV, what you will see for example: SAMSUNG LN-T3242, same model may use CHE MEI screen, some may use SAMSUNG. The screen assembly will come with Back lights inverter board and the T-CON board. Then SAMSUNG will buy the power supply module from anther OEM or designs it themselves, the Main board will be designed by SAMSUNG. For companies that re-badge the TV with the its name on it will contract out the whole TV and 6 months later they may change to another OEM, that is why same model will have different chassis inside. Bottom line: you will never know what you will get inside the TV. I work on so many brands and see the same pattern. It is the customer support that is what you should be looking for.
