Who should I talk to about putting on a secondary high limit control switch on a Wells F88 model deep fryer. Did not pass inspection with our insurance
Any competent service technician could cobble something like this together, but I'd challenge the insurance company, as this fryer is UL approved. Such a modification would be expensive and void the warranty and NSF and UL approveals.
