Why am I getting water blowing into the furnace and flooding the floor? This is happening after 12 years of service
The repair man said it is because the furnace is to big for the house. My furnace is 125'000 my house is1400 sq ft . I purchased the furnace with the humidifier.

Hello, this can be either a clogged drain line or the tubing supplying the water into the humidifier is cracked. The size of the house has nothing tomdo with the water leaking into the Furnace.
there is a very small orfice in the hose where it inserts into the solenoid. Over time the water either enlarges the hole in them or they fall out if the line is removed. Order one on ebay and replace. Should fix you problem.
Most likely this is something you can fix yourself. Just clean out the drain line and check that tubing has no cracks.
As these guys have said, I doubt the problem is the size of your house. It would seem to me that the issue is the possibly the drain line being clogged. That might be a simple fix that could save loads of money right there for you.
