Why am i not getting any sound when i hook up a speaker directly up to a speaker channel its only a buzzing sound
Trying to put in tahoe it comes on fine i just cant get any sound out of the speakers so i tried to run another way and just place a speaker directly to the channels itself and i only get a soft buzzing noise is something hooked up wrong

If the radio is powered on, put a cd in, or make sure you are on a known good radio station and connect a speaker directly to one of the pairs of speaker wires on the radio. let us know if there is still just static.
it has to be the radio. sorry but if you have a known good speaker connected and no sound thats it. are you sure no other speaker wire is crossed ??
no its comes On and the guy that I got from hooked it up and it worked fine now I only get the buzzing sound
