Why are the fixya site administrators not answering questions about site program failures why when the contact us is used does the question keep getting referred to the forum site
The reply from the administrators is robot answer that states if it is a site question then respond with hello where by nothing happens and the question to the administrators goes unanswered

Because they do not care, trust me. I have been a volunteer expert on this website since 2008, know all too well about the staff.
Did you know that there used to get paid by fixya to help folks with car problems, up to USD $1,600.00
never got paid from fixya --just a lot of useless points
