Why can't I get my high pressure hose off the inlet

Have High pressure Hose connected to unit high pressure outlet and can't get it off On Husky Powerwasher PSI 1500 or 1650? How can I get it to screw off unit.

Those are not screw on connectors. Push the hose in, then pull back on the collar to disengage the locking ring. Note: Don't do it when the machine is running ;)
