When i enter audio menu ,there are 2 options,narrative which when on gives audio narrative for the blind,and english (dissabled),which when selected has no sound,this is effecting all bbc hd,ch4 hd , ch5 hd,tv record(portugese channel).why are is ther no sound on options?,v strange!.
