Sheryl, most the time when the gas spits back and turns the gas pump off, then there's either a restricted or damaged line going to the gas tank or the valve on the tank is stuck closed. Here what you need to do but, UNDERSTAND I do not know if your vehicle falls under the extended warranty for the gas tank. You'll need to call one of the Chrysler Dealerships and give them your VIN Number and ask them if your vehicle is covered under the extended warranty for the gas tank not filling properly.
