If at idle, fully warmed up, it goes into closed loop, and the mixture is too rich...wadaya do? Couild the mixture be fluctuating, causing the idle fluctuation? If yes...wadaya do? mixture could fluctuate do to an air leak. possible iac motor. all the sensors are replaceable but unless you have something to read that info, I'd suggest to take it to a shop. Itd be nice to find out what that relay is and how its triggered. But i think the DIY part is over. Time to pay. Vacuum leak. Check all your vacuum lines for leaks. Possible intake manifold leak
