Why does my Defender camera, model 26001, not function in color nor does the infra red work?
When I first plug it in, it works for a sec then clicks and goes back to malfunctioning like there is a problem with the photo cell. I have 4 cameras all doing the same thing and all started malfunctioning at the same time.

First check the power supply, make sure you are over 12vdc or 24vac depending on your source with all cameras connected. Try only one camera connected to the power supply. Make sure you have the positive and negative connected correctly. If the power is good the cameras may be bad.
