Why does my fridge have a horrible reek to it? It has no food in it, and it stinks mainly around the back of the freezer. I've already cleaned the whole thing out and I can't see any mold or anything but it smells horrible. :(( Note: The fridge was kept in a garage for about half of a year

Make sure that nothing is dead inside it like a mouse, you may have to take off the back panel. Than I would clean it with a solution of vinager and water. This works really good at removing odors, you could also try putting a open box of baking soda in the fridge.
