My phone's screen will randomly stop responding. The notification light blinks, but the screen will remain black, not even the power button will cause it to respond. The only way to solve this problem is the pull the battery out and then put it back in. It happens at least twice a week. The phone is only a few months old, and I'm tired of taking the battery out all the time. What can I do to fix this?
