It MAY NOT be your machine... it could be excessive water pressure. this is why so many people in many areas across the world actually shut the water off to their machines when not in use. Others go to RV dealers and purchase a pair of pressure regulators that are simply screwed inline on the water hoses, if they know they have over pressure issues (not recommending this unless it is proven to be the problem you face). I'd simply make sure the water valves (faucets) your machine is connected to are 100% functional with good seats, washers and O rings, and turn them off when not in use... you could also then turn them to about one third open and see if the machine still fills up when it is off, thereby checking if it IS an over pressure issue.
