Why does the cursor shake on my graphics tablet?
The cursor shakes to the point where it is not useable but it only happens when my laptops charger is plugged in. I have tried this with 3 other laptops and it's the same with them.

I had the same problem and found the solution (for me).
It was the Laptop Power Supply.
- Switched off the supply and ran off laptop battery - no shaking.
- Switched on the supply - shaking.
Hurray! It also explained why sometimes it would shake, sometimes not and why it also occured on my other laptop which caused me a lot of confusion - I was swapping over the same Power Supply to use on both laptops!
