Turn the tv in the bedroom on only to see the Dish Network "Starting Screen" that will flicker on and off unless I go downstairs to the living room where the receiver is and turn it on. Then it goes through the setup process and eventually works. How can it be stopped? I already disabled the standby feature in "downloads" but it is still happening. Help!
