Why doesn't it stop when I let go of the paddle?
It still runs for a little while and can be dangerous. I have been told there is an adjustment under the casing, but I cannot find it. Can someone help me?

The scooter should only travel no more than the length of the scooter. unless the scooter has hand brakes. Scooter Doctor App
