When you log in to the website click on "my time and labor" you then will have to log in again using the same info from the first page log in id and password. The next page your brought to you will notice at the middle of the page is three categories, "my time card, my schedule, and my availability" and at the top of the page there are tabs for other things like personal info etc. To change your permanent availability you're going to have to go to the next weeks schedule since this weeks has already been made and posted, to be able to edit your times. The schedule on the left is the next weeks schedule, and the one on the right says permanent, click the little plus button (on the left schedule) for whatever day you want to change, it adds another little time slot you can write in, specify your time there and then click on the drop down box directly to the left of that day and choose permanent.
