A few problems there. first is the compressor is faulty.2 the pressure metering valve for the Freon is clogged, which can be found on the Low Pressure side. some cars have a metering valve block which has to be changed. But before attempting any service on a vehicle A/C/system . #1 Make sure the Person performing repairs is CERTIFIED!!!!!!!!!! PLZ !!!!!! as serious personal Injury can result.the Only way to diagnose an A/C System properly is with a set of A/C Gauges, as these will tell the technician what is going on in the System. and then the Problem can be fixed relatively easy.
If you are trying to recharge this then you need to go onto the lower input on the system. Once you are attached you need to activate the can after you start the car. Turn off everything in your vehicle (accessory related) before charging.
