Why has my 3 week old smart meter screen gone black,it will come on for about 60 seconds when we press the button and just says "connecting to smart meter
Report this to you supplier they will send out a replacement, it could be its not charging and the screen goes off and will restart. if you don't have it on charge leave it plugged in charging, i leave mine plugged in charge all the time. cost around 2p a year can live with that. but if its on charge and still not working as it should report to your supplier, hope this help
