Not sure if you've changed the filter or cleaned out the brushes recently. I have to dismantle mine, take the two "bars" out and remove hair, and thread from it after two cycles. I also bang the filter out over the trash can and if it's coated with fine dust, rinse it and shake it out into the sink. Just let it dry before you reinstall it. You'll see some mud fall off when you shake it. Also about once a year you have to remove the little black/white ball wheel at the front (I have an older model). Hair gets wrapped around the shaft of this and it doesn't move correctly.
