Why horn keeps blowing on 1986 porsche 911?
I've taken the horn pad off steering wheel, checked fuses, unplugged horn relay. The only thing that keeps it from blowing off and on is to disconnect the battery.

when you took of the horn button it was still blowing?Do you have an alarm from factory on the car?
