Why is administrator privilege required to connect to the LAN using the EnGenius Wireless Utility? If EnGenius Wireless Utility is "Run As Administrator" it works fine, but it fails when run from a restricted user account

I disabled EnGenius and allowed windows to manage the wireless. Works great for all users now. EnGenius needs to get it together.
