Why is it showing error code user not authorized?
I have Disney Jr. with my cable provider and even signed in successfully enterd the roku code on the website, entered my cable providers information, got the success message and can browse showes but cannot watch them. when i try to click them to play it says error user not authorized..

You will need to check with your cable provider, of course.
