Worked fine when it was first installed but now it takes take 3-5 minutes to fill tank. Has good water pressure from fill hose. Takes 45 seconds to a minute to fill when fill hose is taken out of over-flow and put directly into tank. Seems like too much water is going to the bowl and down the drain while filling. What's going on?
