I have cleaned the unit as instructed, primed the water system as instructed, included a water filter, and have tried a range of volume selections yet the beans continue to be ground and loosely deposited in the drip tray and pod container (not as pods though) and I hear water going through the machine but nothing comes out. Water level decreases as it should with each attempt. Only a solid green light it lit up when I push the coffee cup button - once
