You lost the prime, go to the pump after turning off the electric breaker turn off the supply lines, take the 3/4 inch plug from the pump housing and fill it, screw back in tight to the pump, DO NOT USE THREAD SEALANT, THEN go back to the fuse box and throw the breaker, then go to the supply valves and slowly open them, slowly the main, then the house supply, hopefully they are set up this way, slowly opening to fill lines, then when the pump fires up to fill the lines after opening the valve or the faucet farthest away from the pump inside the house like the bathroom, or wherever its the farthest distance from where the pump is located IE under house whatever, or check to make sure your breaker didn't trip, NOTE IF YOU HAVE A LIFT STATION INSTALLED, THE BREAKER WILL TRIP THE PUMP IF IT IS EITHER SUCKING DRY OR OVERFULL IN YOUR LEACH TANK, really need to know more details on your set up of house.

Your suction line has an air leak, hence no suction , no prime. All fittings have to be perfectly tight and leakfree on intake side.
