Why isn't my new Uniden x-12 expandable D1780-2W phone charging?
I chose Uniden because I had only one of that brand and I am very pleased with it. I bought the Uniden D1780-2W dect6.0 2 Handset Landline Telephones on April 7, 2016 to find that one of the phones will not charge at all. I let both phones charge for 18 hour. The one phone is still charging after about 23 hours but to no success.

Replace the battery about all you can do.
