Why me ps3 well not get on line it keeps saying playstation network when i sign on and my clock is set at 12 31 1999? and when i set it it just keeps going back to that? why and how can i fix the problem?

Playstation knows about the problem they are telling people not to try logging in while they try and fix the problem.Even though it says it's a possible networking problem it is not a problem on your end.The network is down for maintenance.
