My t.v screen is less one inch from down side.. and when I turn on my t.v in bulb series board blue and black mix vertical lines come on tv screen from up side to middle screen .. but without series bulb blue vertical lines not come in screen .. but screen is less from down side, blue lines are same as a faulty capacitor in vertical section .. I change all vertical capacitors but not sucsess.. what should I do?
