Position faults are usually caused due to either a dirty or uncalibrated media sensor.
Make sure the correct sensor type is selected under MENU MODE / MEDIA SETTINGS / SENSOR TYPE.
Media sensor is usually green in color, on top will be a white line or arrow indicating where the sensor is located. Inspect the gap between the upper and lower pieces of the sensor to see if there is any dirt buildup or pieces of labels stuck inside, try cleaning the gap with isopropyl alcohol. In case there are labels stuck and you cant get it out, you will have to remove the sensor and take it apart. Just be careful when doing so as the plastic can break very easily.
What you also can try is to re-calibrate the media sensor, switch the printer off, hold down the feed button while switching it back on and booted up until it starts feeding the labels.
You can also do a Manual calibration through MENU MODE / MEDIA SETTINGS / SENSOR CALIBRATION and select STANDARD CALIBRATION and follow the on screen prompts.
