Why when there is a known fault have I been kept waiting for a repair appointment? I was told I'd get an appointment in February it is now May!! Not great customer service!

We have no appointments, because we only talk on the computer and try to answer questions. An appropriate question to us might be "Here are the symptoms of my clothes dryer problem, and here is my model and make. What do you thing might be the problem with it?"
