Cause could be a blown fuse. faulty temp sender for fan or faulty fan motor. Using a piece of insulated wire with an inline fuse you can take a supply direct from the battery and touch to positive of fan motor. will have to unplug fan and make sure there is also a negative connected to motor. This will check if fan is faulty. You can then try same on battery side of temp sender yp check this, engine needs to be hoy for this. If above operates fan then check fuse and fuse box connections.
