Check the 2-pole circuit breaker on the left side. You have to remove the back by removing 2 screws. Use a multimeter, test for continuity over both poles.
My ~8 year old Gaggia Titanium Plus was dead one morning. I checked the circuit breaker and one of the two poles were bad. I replaced the C.B. and all was fine :-)
