Why won't my phone turn on after i've tried sevaral things?

It doesn't show any sign of turning on at all. there's no damage done to it. it won't turn on with it plugged into he charger either

Remove battery for 10 minutes, leave unplugged. Plug back in without battery installed>>>Power on>>>Reinstall battery.
