Its a trouble a firmware/android issue. Try charging it with an adapter that doesnt have a plugable cable USB/micro usb that gets in in the adapter, but with an adapter that ghas micro usb directly. Have the same issue with my last phone and this fixed it. Next time charge your phone before its flat/completely empty

Remove the battery. then press power button for 15 seconds then place battery back in phone and charge for a few hours before powering on.
