There are a few possibilities, I would check your fuses first. If you have a voltmeter or test light, turn wipers on and see if you are getting power to the wiper motor. If you are getting power to the motor but it isn't driving the wipers..The wiper motor needs replacing, if not getting power there is an electrical problem, very possible the wiper switch.
