I had this same issue after changing my plugs. I found that the ECM fuse (20amp) located in the box behind the battery had blown. The cause was the connector on one of the coil packs for plug no. 5 was shorting due to cracked insulation right at the connector. I separated these wires with electrical tape and replaced the ECM fuse, and it fired right up.

Is coil firing? Ignition leads faulty!
