Why would my 1 hp pump only maintain 45 psi running 1 garden hose?
My pressure system is set to kick on at 30PSI and kick off at 50PSI. Recently I've notice the pump never shuts off and will only produce 45PSI with 1 garden hose running.

Without knowing all your variables with well it is hard to say. Bladder tank needs to have 30 psi with no water pressure. It is possible that the screen down the well is restricted and you are only getting that much water. Or you may have clogged impeller in pump.
