I have had this issue. First, check to make sure water tank is filled and correctly in place? Try descaling it; a kit came with coffee maker. (It just removes hard water build up, it may be blocking your water flow.) If that is not the issue, pull the tray where the used pods are dropped -Is it wet? Like the coffee is pouring into this tray rather than in your cup? If so, I have removed round silver plastic piece from around coffee spout,(gentle -do not crack it) then removed and washed the black spout, I even used a toothpick once, to remove the stubborn coffee ground, Once it was cleaned - it worked perfect. If you run water from the faucet into spout it should flow smoothly. I warn you though, not sure what this does to any warranty, but don't mess with my morning coffee! If the POD tray is not wet, I would tell you not that most likely your machine is not clogged by grounds, so you may not want to take snout apart. I hope this helps.
Thank you! I thought my machine had died, but the second tip from baglady4ever (which in my opinion should be tried first...) Worked like a charm! So easy to fix what made me live without it for 2 weeks...Thank you! I thought my machine had died, but the second tip from baglady4ever (which in my opinion should be tried first...)
