Will not power on
The treadmill tripped the breaker, I turned the breaker back on, turned off the tv that was on the same circuit. I then tried the treadmill again and it worked for a second but this time the whole breaker wasnt tripped, the treadmill just went dead.

The lower board has a serious short and what possible happen is that the treadmill breaker fried and open up will properly need replacing also.
