Check your cam sensor and crank sensor. Both are used by the computer to determine when it is time to throw spark. If either sensor fails the car will just crank and not even try to start. If I were to guess I would say it is the crank sensor. You can try scanning it for codes. If a sensor failed it should have a "no crank signal" or "no cam signal" code. Good luck.
