Will not start, will not hit one lick, sprayed gas in throttle body, so must be electrical, I think one time before, there was ,some kind of sensor on crankshaft, somewhere there, would not let it start. this was my dads car

More than likely it is the camshaft sensor, located below the coil pack on the driver side. It will be sticking out of the timing chain housing cover.
