Will not turn on when I hit the power button. but all the fans come on, No power to the disk player,floppy drive, replace the power supply but still the same problem. I buy passed the power switch but still the same problem Did have a power surge in the neighbor hood alot of my electronics got damaged do you think the mother board has been damaged?

Thanks for posting in FIXYA.
It may be the memory failure.
Please remove the RAM from the cabinet after poweroff and then reinsert it after 10 min.
Then start PC. Hope this will work.
