What I did is closed it plugged it into the charger then pulled it out and turned it on and it worked till youturn it off again
Camera will not turn on. Have tried taking battery out, have even purchased new battery and both are fully charged and camera still will not turn on. lights both red and green come on but as soon as I disconnect there is no power to my camera.
