Will the inertia switch trip fuel pump fuse? I am trying to get my car to the bodyshop after having a shock break through rust, everytime I go over a bump the fuel pump fuse trips
Is this caused by the inertia switch. if so can I bypass it? Is there only one inertia switch in the car?

No I have never seen that in 25 years of being a Ford dealer technician. You have a shorted fuel pump is what causes this to happen.
Use a make shift connector and bypass the switch.
