Do you know if the charge light blinks when it charges or like mine it stays on untill charged then goes out, if it is blinking when it normally stays on during charging then it could indicate a fault ( usually with the ccd ) and could prove to be a costly repair if not under warranty, maybe worth getting checked out.

P.S. it could also indicate you have a faulty battery or ac adapter
