Seeing as how you only performed ONE refit, it SHOULD be easy to trace the problem. I'm thinking the ground is faulty as the unit seems to have power to it judging from the three dashes visible that you mention.
Hopefully it WON'T be the connection at the top of the mast, but you know Murphy's Law.
