window 1st i feel like an idiot to ask i could not find the battery when i poped the hood and second drivers side window doesn't down or up

You're not an idiot...just need some more time with your manual.
:-) Your battery is under a black fuse case on the right (if facing the engine). After removing the fuse cover, there is a inch high nut & bolt for 'remote' access to your positive terminal.
In regards to window: you may have to remove door panel to have motor checked.
